Description: Today you'll feel what it's like to be Miss Alika's prisoner. Go
into the smallest room in your house, preferably a closet without windows. It
has to be big enough for you to watch videos with your laptop or whatever you
normally use to watch clips. Strip completely naked. Set a timer for one hour.
Make sure that you've set up a playlist of clips that will last that long.
Then you have to stroke yourself non stop for an hour. It'll be one of the
most intense gooning experiences you've ever had.
